Custom designed Processing script that inverts pixel values below a certain threshold, while adding a degree of noise to the inversion. Allows for more programmable control than simple digital solarization filters. Essentially, the shadows rather than the highlights invert, the reverse of a typical solarization. While code-based and deterministic, the results are entropic and highly unpredicatable.
